Terms and Conditions
Scope: These terms apply to every offer, quotation, and agreement regarding products and/or services offered by Resco.
Quotations: Quotations are indicative and expire if not accepted within 30 calendar days. They become legally valid as an agreement once signed by the customer and Resco.
Price and Payment: Prices are mentioned in the quotation. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments incur default interest.
Intellectual Property: Resco's website, logos, texts, photos, and communications are protected by intellectual property rights. It is forbidden to use or make changes to these without prior written consent.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Resco processes personal data according
to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
